How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is free to the UK

Orders outside the UK may incur taxes or duties.

 When will my order ship/arrive 

 Shipping Routine: 

                  1. When your order is placed our customer service team will process the order and send to the warehouse for delivery. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will go out the following business day. 

2. A shipping notification will be sent the email address you provided at checkout. Expect this email to be in your inbox as soon as your order is on its way from our warehouse. Tracking information will be included so you can follow your package all the way to your home. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may return any item purchased from LA Golf UK for a refund for any reason within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the LA Golf UK Customer Service team.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
